The shafts will be a bit polarizing, but I like the uniqueness of them. Out of the box, these are very good looking irons. But we’ll talk more about that in a minute. I didn’t have a chance to hit with the T7 wedges before I got them, so I was flying a little bit on faith that the recommendations I’d received would be good. I’ve also heard good things about the S5 wedges, they are just a little more forgiving and beginner friendly. This is for the simple reason, of as I’ve become a better golfer, the added control the T7 wedges give me is awesome. Originally, I’d actually planned to pick up the more beginner friendly S5 Mizuno wedges, but was quickly talked out of it by, well everyone I talked to – and boy am I glad I was. The clubs have been incredible, and so at the time, I figured I might as well just go all in and do the T7 Wedges.
